Stinky Dog the basset hound lives with Tiny Dog the Chihuahua. Stinky spends most of her day laying around on her momma's sofa.

Fence Fish

During Hurricane Ike chain link fences acted as giant fishing nets on the Texas coast. I found a photo of fish all stuck in a fence. I felt bad for the poor things, but this one had such a surprised look on his face I had to draw him.

"Oh nooooooo!"

An odd little critter that just leapt into the sketchbook. I liked the way the hand and eyes turned out.

Aieeeehhhh! Paint and water everywhere! Too much paint then too much water then too much everything on the paper. I need a teacher!

I couldn't leave well enough alone. Went back and added a pale blue wash for a background. I think I messed it up.

Something is just wrong and I can't figure out what. Maybe the composition is too flat and stiff. There needs to be more action somehow and less whitespace. I think Sarah is *too* little and it's distracting. The shotgun needs help too.
